Administrative Assistant/Assistant Property Manager
A well established property management company is seeking a individual with customer service and administrative experience to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Assistant Property Manager. The company offers excellent benefits package.
The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, be able to think proactively, handle pressure and deadlines effectively, enjoy multi-tasking, and work well in a team environment. Must have excellent grammar, spelling, proof reading, and computer skills. EOE
Job Duties:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Provide timely and accurate response to clients
- Respect and maintain confidentiality
- Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors and follow up for proper completion of the work
- Resolve client complaints and conflicts
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with rules and procedures
- General administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings
Requirements:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional personal presentation
