Administrative Assistant/Assistant Property Manager

A well established property management company is seeking a individual with customer service and administrative experience to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Assistant Property Manager. The company offers excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, be able to think proactively, handle pressure and deadlines effectively, enjoy multi-tasking, and work well in a team environment.  Must have excellent grammar, spelling, proof reading, and computer skills.   EOE

Job Duties:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Provide timely and accurate response to clients
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors and follow up for proper completion of the work
  • Resolve client complaints and conflicts
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with rules and procedures
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings


  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Self motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional personal presentation
