Kathryn Gonzales joined Brodie Management, Inc in September 2002. Kathy brings more than 34 years experience in the industry and has a
rich and diverse history with knowledge of all aspects of property management. In 2006, Ms. Gonzales was promoted to Vice President of Brodie Management, Inc. expanding her responsibilities to include overseeing the day- to- day operation of the Annapolis office as well as providing leadership and guidance for all Brodie Management personnel, including regional managers and property managers, and for clients in matters regarding operational and financial oversight. Through Kathy’s leadership, Brodie Management has implemented a culture based on a team-approach that delivers exceptional customer service to clients.
Ms. Gonzales assists in instituting property protocols and operational procedures and actively supervises regional association management operations. In addition to her operational responsibilities, Kathy also oversees new account development in the Annapolis-Washington Metropolitan Area.

Kathy's background includes experience in all aspects of property management, including new construction, marketing, contract negotiations, sub-contractor management, budgeting and forecasting, capital improvements, and personnel management. Prior to joining Brodie, Kathy was in charge of the overall management and operations of Condominiums, Home Owners Associations, Apartment Rental Communities and Commercial Real Estate in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Kathy holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She also maintains membership in the Property Manager's Association (PMA) and previously chaired the Property Management Expo held annually in the State of Maryland. She is an active member of the Community Association Institute and encourages our regional managers and property managers to become actively involved in obtaining community management designations and furthering their education in this exciting field.
